If customs should hold your order for some reason, you are responsible to contact customs and pick it up. I can not help after the order leaves the USA. I am not responsible for orders held by customs in your country. If I am contacted on this matter, I will let you know that you need to pick up your order at customs.
To place an order and use your Pay-pal account, or send the payment to email@example.com. You must have a verified address to use paypal. You will notice on the paypal checkout a shipping charge. That's the 3.2% charge for using paypal. I ship free in the US. I had to use the shipping area to calculate 3.2% charge. If you have questions email me.
I now accept credit cards US only. Fill out the CC form and I will get back to you. If you want to use a credit card and you are not in the US, you still can through Pay-Pal. You don't need a Pay-pal account.
I use UPS for all shipping, unless a carrier is requested. The shipping does not includes insurance. I will email you when the product is shipped. Product will ship the same day if in stock. All units are assembled by hand. If I am out of stock or during Christmas please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. I will contact you and let you know when the product is shipped with tracking number.
If you want insurance you must request it. Once the package is shipped it's out of my hands I have no control over it. If you want to add insurance tell me at the time you place the order and I will give you the total price for shipping and insurance. If the package is lost and you did not have insurance, I am not responsible for the lost. I cannot control shipping.
Check for distributors in your area first. Email me for the shipping costs to your country and region. Insurance is not included unless you ask for it. Many request USPS for shipping and that is fine, but understand tracking the package is harder using USPS. Also please read insurance above. If you have not received your package it may be held up in customs. Contact your custom office for your package.
