Mr. Brewer has been on the Discovery channel and wrote the book "Shadow of the Sentinel".

We stayed at a RV site in a ghost town called Goldfield. They had train rides and an old western town with gold panning and gift shops. You can see part of the Superstitions mountains from Goldfield. The sunrise pops up over the top in the above picture. Everything in AZ what's to stick you!

I had to get some picture of these very tall and old Saguaro cactus. These only grow at certain altitude in AZ.

"Hillbilly" Bob Brewer pointing out signs on mountains to Randy.

Can you see anything on the side of this mountain? These signs have been here for years and are common knowledge.

Ruins of an old stone abode. Talk about wide open spaces!
Hillbilly Bob Brewer pointing to a death trap blocking a cave entrance!
I learned and saw many things that I will keep to myself. I met Hillbilly Bob at a treasure show in Tyler TX and he bought one of my Arc-Geo Loggers. He has covered more ground and recovered more clues using the logger than he has before. If this man tells you something you can take it to the bank! When I was asked to go on this trip I jumped at the chance to spend some time with Mr. Brewer. Randy and I both had a great time in AZ. As usual I met some new friends. Ellie, next time you want to take Randy and I to look at an old Ghost town, make sure you know the distance first! Walking in AZ is something else!
We were working on the Lost Dutchman treasure and found many of the clues mentioned in the legend telling how to find the mine. The solution to the Dutchman mystery can be found in Mr. Brewers book "Shadow of the Sentinel"! We found an old milk barn and a face on a rock all of which are claimed to lead to the mine. The picture above is where the dead fall trap is located in the Zigzag canyon which ends at a waterfall with a large cave beneath it. The dead fall blocks the cave.
I want to thank Mr. Brewer for giving me the opportunity to go with him on this trip. As always I thank God for opening the door for me so I could go. Randy we had fun! We laughed, we saw and we laughed some more!
